The music launch of Daggaraga Dooramga starring Sumanth, Vedika took place on 4th August with several film celebrities gracing the event. Apart from the cast and crew of the film, ANR, Mohanbabu, C Kalyan, Atchi Reddy, Ramesh Puppala, Ashok Kumar, Prasanna Kumar, K L Damodhar Prasad et al graced the audio launch. Raghu Kunche composed the music for the film while lyrics are by Kedarnath.
Akkineni Nageswara Rao launched the audio cassettes and CD’s and presented the first copy to Mohan Babu.
Sumanth said, “I hope Daggaraga Dooramga will be well-received by the audiences. This is the first time I have done a romantic thriller and I request people not to expect a Godavari kind of film. I have listened to the DD script even before I have started work for Golconda High School.”
